NEWS 14 -- Feb 18 -- MySpace agreed to new safety standards, under their "Joint Statement on Key Principles of Social Networking Sites Safety". "Changes MySpace is making will help keep children on the site safer," said N.C. Attorney General Roy Cooper. Those changes include everything from a public awareness campaign for parents and kids, to a 24-hour hotline to report suspicious behavior.
