Viadeo Acquires Unyk

VIADEO - Oct 13 - Viadeo, a business social network, has acquired Canadian-based social network Unyk. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The acquisition includes Unyk’s membership of 16M users, which is growing at a rate of 600,000 new members each month. Unyk is a private address book that updates itself and is used primarily by business professionals.
